Person: Oh.. Mr. C!

CSR: Did you have a message? Did you need help with anything?

Person: No I just need to remove this from my policy and change this and change that with this.

CSR: I can get that done for you

Person: Oh.. OK.. but I need to add this and remove that.

CSR: Yes I can get this done for you right now

Person: Oh.. but I need to do this also.

CSR: Yup I can do that for you.
